Job summary
Our Interiors Response Center (IRC) in the Philippines is looking for a qualified front line technical representative.This customer facing role acts as the interface between the customer and our product support engineering teams.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.• Ensure all technical requests are documented and routed to the appropriate business unit.• Troubleshoots technical inquiries received using available data.• Compile and analyze repair data for reporting• Communicates customers' priorities and collaborate with business unit product support engineering for efficient resolution.• Must be able to work irregular hours and shift schedules including holidays and weekends• Analyzes and interprets general professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Requirements
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings/3D models• Basic understanding of aircraft interior components and layout• Read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications• Write comprehensive reports, documents and correspondence
Key Skills Needed
• Knowledge of ATA chapters• Team Center• Microsoft Office Applications
