Responsibilities:
Work with manager to implement two or more retainer accounts/projects as a gatekeeper of content and media.
Independently manage small and middle-sized projects.
Work with the team to develop and execute annual/project communications plans based on clients’ briefings.
Understand clients’ businesses and always catch up with latest industry trends.
Design story angles for clients’ press materials (e.g. press release, feature story, advertorial, speech, letter, etc.) with latest industry hot topics and develop bilingual pieces.
Understand up-to-date China media landscape and map out key Weibo/WeChat influencers/KOLs for clients. Pitch and recommend editorial/cost-effective partnership opportunities to clients.
Provide clear and accurate briefings and manage to third party venders. Review and proofread content and result la from third party venders (such as translation house, clipping house, video crew).
Work with senior staff to lead research and develop communications plans for new business pitch.
Requirements:
PR professional with at least 2.5 years’ experience in corporate communications. Experienced in B2B companies is preferred.
Excellent bilingual written skills and experienced in various press materials development, including press release, feature story, advertorial, speech, letter, etc. - Fluent English in oral and written communication.
Good relations and resources with key national/regional/international media stakeholders.
Experienced in Weibo/WeChat influencers/KOLs mapping and partnership management.
Able to support the team to develop annual communications plan for clients and campaign plans involving multiple stakeholders such as media partner, CSR / NGO partner etc.
