Custom Silicon Power (CSP) is seeking an experienced Test Development Engineer to join our ADI Phils team, based in Cavite, Philippines. The candidate must be self-motivated, willing to learn exciting new technologies and develop new products, but also be able to work effectively within a talented group of individuals across multiple development locations. The candidate will join a team of Analog/Digital Design, Layout and Verification engineers, Algorithm and Software developers, Bench/Eval engineers, implementing state of the art PMIC's. The candidate will develop innovative high performance mass production ready hardware and software, for our leading-edge product portfolio with a keen focus on cost optimization. The successful candidate will also be presented with opportunities to undertake personnel leadership as well as project Test Lead positions, engaging with our Tier 1 Customers. The candidate will be involved in the following developments, from DFT definition through to mass production ramp: LDO, BUCK, BOOST, BUCK-BOOST, CHARGE-PUMP, SIMO (Single-Input / Multiple Outputs) IBB (Inverted BUCK-BOOST), ICP (Inverted CHARGE-PUMP), ILDO (Inverted LDO) Power Sequencer, Oscillators, PLL, Bandgap, References ADC, DAC, I/O, SPI, I2C, SPMI, OTP, MTP, RAM, ROM, DFT Role and Responsibilities: DFT definition & development to improve testability, quality and reduce cost. Pre-tapeout verification of Test solutions using Design Simulation tools. Design of innovative, reliable and efficient multi-site Probe and Test solutions on high performance mixed signal ATE platforms. Execution of the Test development phase including Silicon functionality and debug, ATE Characterization, solution optimization and Offshore Production release. Support of fast ramp, ultra high-volume new products. Ongoing interfacing with a broad range of Global Operations groups such as Assembly, Reliability, FA, Probecard technology etc. With CSP peers and the wider Test Development community, drive for continuous advancement of measurement methodologies through improvement initiatives. Leadership opportunities both at a project and personnel level. Key Qualifications Strong ATE program development skills (Teradyne and/or SPEA platform ideally). Strong knowledge of Analogue and Digital Electronics Knowledge of mixed signal PCB design and associated CAD/Simulation tools. Be self-motivated, willing to take on responsibility, and show initiative in identifying and solving challenging technical problems. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record for solving complex problems via planning, debug, data analysis and reporting. Strong teamwork, inter-personal and communication skills are essential Education and Experience Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or any related field.
