Senior Developer Communications Engineer

Solutions Developer for Communication and Contact Center cloud solutions, development, and application integrationsExperience with common development languages such as C++, C#, Java, etcAgile approach and DevOps experience required for development, automation, and operational model.Experience with DevOps tools GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.Experience with DevOps platforms Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Experience with customer engagement solutions such as Twilio, Amazon Connect, or other CPaaS is a plus.Work closely with business technologists and operating leads to develop new capabilities and operating models.Interacting with internal Business and End User Services departments to design and implement enhancements is comfortable.Drive standardization and documentation and take a leading role in collaboration development around the globe.Experience and capability to solution applications that run in Azure cloud with security and compliance requirementsQualification• 4+ years of experience with Linux or equivalent command line shell• 4+ years of experience with a scripting language like Python, Groovy, or Ruby; or• 3+ years of experience with object-oriented language (Java, .NET) coding• 2+ years of Ansible and/or Terraform or similar automation• 2+ years of experience in a public cloud offering, migrating or building tools and applications in Azure• 2+ years of experience of Docker & Kubernetes• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience• Experience with Software Development and Agile development methodology• Strong ability to identify, understand, and communicate business needs and application architectures for technical projects.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to effectively communicate across all levels is required.• Experience in understanding and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.• Excellent written/verbal skills and the ability to communicate effectively are required.• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
