Senior Customer Service Specialist (OFFICED-BASED) Primary answering point for Inbound calls Overall Customer Service and Admin support Assist in creating quotes and electronic communication and follow up with sales prospects Database updating and management LinkedIn marketing Vision6 marketing JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing new and existing leads Liaising and coordination of existing leads by email and phone calls Act as an overflow for inbound calls Encoding and Data Entry Responsible for managing and consolidating the leads and contact database Profiling new customers from their inbound inquiries Replying and building rapport via messages and telephone calls (Inbound and Outbound) Matching suitable products to our customers' needs Other administration and customer service requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working for an Australian Telco/Account is advantageous Must have experience in sales and customer service roles Relational skills Willingness to learn Ability to problem solve and learn new software Ability to understand, develop and communicate administrative systems to others Ability to meet deadlines Excellent with computer operating systems especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other spreadsheets and processing tools Excellent grammar and spelling An eye for detail, accuracy and style consistency Well-developed verbal and written communication, with strong plain English writing skills Must be fluent in English and have the ability to sell on a call and speak to customers Demonstrated problem-solving expertise Ability to work independently, manage tasks and prioritise accordingly WHAT WE OFFER: Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000 per month depending on experience Annual Salary Review With HMO after a qualifying period A red-hot opportunity to work with a successful Australian Company Long-term career growth opportunities SCHEDULE: Day Shift (Mondays - Fridays) Office-based Job Can start Immediately Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
