About the Team
This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a quickly growing team of 15 passionate, talented and experienced individuals.

About the Position
The Senior Customer Engagement Specialist role focuses primarily on providing exceptional high-touch operational and technical support, business advisement, coaching and relationship management to our sellers; as well as pro-active customer engagement outreach to our buyers.

Customer Engagement Specialists engage our members through email, help desk, phone and video interactions. You will answer questions, help optimize the way sellers use the site and generally provide a personal touch to their experience with Hip eCommerce. You will be an adviser, problem solver, mentor, coach, and sometimes even crisis manager, building long-term relationships with some of our most valuable sellers.

Working in partnership with our Category Management team, you’ll additionally help to close, on-board and familiarize new sellers into Hip eCommerce’s marketplaces.

Qualifications

- Must have 5+ years professional experience with a focus in customer service, account management, relationship management and negotiation skills
- Must have 3+ years in providing generalized and specific technical support
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with Sellers and stakeholder teams; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity and CRM tools
- A positive, roll-up-your-sleeves-and-help attitude
- The ability to work well within a team structure, but also with a high level of autonomy
