We strive to exceed both internal and external targets by leveraging Dexcom's resources to support our patients effectively.Where you come in:You will ensure KPIs and other company targets are met by developing long and short-term forecasts and capacity plans for Technical Support.Provide simulations, analyze data, and recommend strategies to optimize resource efficiency.Assist in root cause analysis of performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement, incorporating insights into future forecasts and plans.Collaborate with leaders and teammates to drive continuous improvement initiatives.What makes you successful:You bring at least 5 years of experience in forecasting and capacity planning for various transaction types, regions, and clients.Proficiency in WFM tools such as Genesys, eWFM, IEX, Salesforce, etc.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT).In-depth knowledge of Real-Time Monitoring and working experience in Scheduling, Capacity Planning, and Forecasting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management, quantitative, and analytical skills.What you'll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
