Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Janio Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and emails Launch and test new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to building relationships with the right potential clients to closing deals and guide them through product implementation Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for scaled and bespoke interactions with prospects Work with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Product to develop new content Minimum Qualifications:
Janio Asia is looking for a Senior Business Development to join our rapidly expanding Commercial team. We look for people who are customer-centric, independent, and demonstrate strong entrepreneurial vigor. The individual should also possess a flair for hustling and closing deals, building relationships with our users and strong business acumen with a tenacity to solve difficult problems.


This position reports directly to the Head of Sales. We offer candidates opportunities to develop and grow professionally as valued team members in a dynamic and often cross-functional startup environment.


Qualifications preferred would be:


2+ years of sales experience, preferably at a logistics/ ecommerce/ technology company, with a track record of top performance Ability to understand the Janio’s services and build great relationships with users and partners Experience with project management across multiple stakeholders Superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment Highly create and ambitious with a strong passion for acquiring clients
