Senior Business Controller

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related area.
-Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in an accounting and/or business controlling role required.
-Excellent knowledge and understanding of financial and management accounting, process and systems
-Experience with complex finance projects
-Must be an advanced level Excel user. Experience with manipulating large amounts of data and PowerPoint, Hyperion, and Oracle knowledge are required as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems/tools
-Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
-Good communication skills and able to operate effectively at all levels within a truly global businessResponsibilities:Management reporting for actuals and budgets/forecasts, including variance analysis and commentaries
-Responsible for development and optimizing the financial reporting tools supporting BDS
-CoE liaison person for Finance projects delivering process improvements within Finance and Non Finance community
