Senior Business Analyst

Qualification Standard
Education: Must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related fields
Experience: With at least two (2) year working experience in the related fieldCompetencies and Other Qualification:

Strong Analytical and Planning skillsDuties
1. Provide expertise in the definition and documentation of the system requirements of business process owners and other end users;2. Develop mock-ups/wireframes best-suited to the needs of the business process owners;
3. Liaise/collaborate with SB Corporation’s internal Information Technology Group to establish linkages with the required data tables;4. Prepare detailed specifications for the development of system modules/components;
5. Ensure that necessary controls are identified and integrated in the system design;6. Provide technical expertise to developers and resolve problems;
7. Supervise developers in the development of systems modules and programs;8. Conduct quality assurance testing of system modules;
9. Coordinate user acceptance/pilot testing activities and provide training to end users;10. Ensure that all the necessary documentation of the system modules and components including user manuals; and
11. Perform all other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
