Job Overview As a Senior Audit Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting through comprehensive audit procedures, contributing to the success and growth of our organization. Responsibilities Lead and execute audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting, in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments, identify control deficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement. Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Supervise and mentor audit team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate professional development. Communicate effectively with clients to understand business processes, address concerns, and deliver value-added audit services. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to enhance audit methodologies and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. Minimum of 4 years experience as a Senior Associate in audit. Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading audit engagements and managing teams.
