Associate Creative Director (40k-60k) The  Senior Art Director is a highly skilled and visionary talent, who is passionate about creating exceptional designs across various formats and mediums. They possess expertise in art direction and proficiency in creative tools, which enables them to transform human insights into impactful ideas and executions. The Senior Art Director is committed to creating meaningful work and plays a vital role in conceptualizing and crafting materials that align with project objectives and creative direction.

  Responsibilities: Creative Development & Execution Management: Contribute to the creative process from brief understanding to ideation, crafting, and presentation. Conduct thorough research to uncover human truths and insights that inspire creative solutions. Conceptualize big ideas that resonate with brand objectives and target audiences. Execute high-quality work across different platforms and formats, leveraging technical skills and innovation. Oversee the production process to ensure the integrity of the creative vision from conceptualization to post-production. Business Development: Support organic growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. Contribute to new business pitches in alignment with agency objectives and targets. Key Skills and Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director at reputable agencies, with a strong digital or advertising background. Problem-solving abilities and belief in the power of big ideas to drive purposeful work. Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, to articulate ideas effectively. Strategic thinking to identify and address challenges and opportunities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in video editing, photography, and commercial production. Knowledge of UX/UI design and responsive design principles for websites and mobile apps is a plus but not required
2. The Associate Creative Director - Copy is responsible for a variety of tasks, including campaign planning, creative strategy, and copywriting. They are experts in the art of storytelling and have a talent for presenting subject matter in an inspiring and captivating way. Their primary goal is to exceed client expectations by crafting campaigns that not only impress but also generate concrete and measurable results. Responsibilities: Creative Thinking and Writing Skills: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital and social platforms. Understand the significance of brand and creative strategy to deliver content that is both innovative and impactful. Maintain consistency and quality in all written materials, including short and long-form copy, scripts, etc. Display ingenuity and resourcefulness in repurposing content across diverse media. It is important to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in order to recognize opportunities for creating content. Social Media Expertise: Collaborate with analytics teams to optimize social media content based on audience insights. Project Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop strong concepts that align with client objectives.  Drive creativity and maintain high creative standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and integration across all brand initiatives.  Provide social support and guidance to cross-functional teams across various verticals, fostering a cohesive and collaborative working environment. Qualifications: Role-specific Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Copywriter at reputable agencies, with a strong digital or advertising background. Proven track record of delivering large-scale campaigns for local and international brands. Ability to translate complex material into compelling narratives that resonate with target demographics. Prior experience in television spot writing and a deep understanding of social media platforms are essential. Personal Attributes: Confident and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
