Analog Devices is seeking a CFA Analyst for their Global Operations Central Finance Analytics group.The position involves collaborating with finance leaders to improve existing finance processes and create analytics solutions.The analyst will also be responsible for process improvement projects and implementing advanced analytics using data transformation techniques.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with finance leaders to improve existing finance processes and create analytics solutions• Support various groups within Global Operations including Consolidation, Foundry, Backend, Inventory, Costing, and Procurement• Design, develop, and implement time-saving process improvement projects• Develop and implement advanced analytics using data transformation techniques and business intelligence tools• Assume an existing finance process with the goal of understanding it and making it more efficient• Present progress read-outs and proposed solutions to stakeholders• Manage process documentations and workflow analyses
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, data science, or computer science• Minor in accounting or completion of basic accounting courses• Minimum of 3 years experience in finance, accounting, sales, business operations, or marketing• Past experiences of improving processes• Experience with programming, process automation, or automated report building• Experience with BI tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, RPA, or Python• Experience in building user-friendly reports/analytics preferred• Master's degree in data science, MBA, or related field preferred• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Problem-solving and implementing solutions• Learning new and complex processes• Attention to detail• Fast-paced and results-driven• Ability to work in a team setting and contribute to large-scale initiatives
