Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Provide guidance and support to accounting staff.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
