Job Description Remedy is looking for a Senior Accounting Associate to join our Finance team! As our Senior Accounting Associate you will be supporting our Group Finance Manager in the day-to-day operations of Remedy and its growing group of companies.
As our Senior Accounting Associate, you will be in charge of the following:
Will support both Remedy and its sister company under the supervision of the lead accountant Timely prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR remittances and their attachments (Expanded, Compensation, VAT, Income) for review by the lead accountant Timely prepare the other reportorial requirements to the BIR (e.g. inventory list) Prepare an internal deadline calendar (BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, SEC, LGU) Assist with Payroll and Employee Relations Prepare the monthly remittances to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig Monthly reporting and forecasting Will handle updating of the manual books of accounts (in the clinic and in the office) Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity Other tasks to be given from time to time Minimum Qualifications BS Accountancy graduate with CPA At least 1 year of experience with day-to-day accounting operations including payroll, BIR, reporting and reimbursements Prior experience preparing and filing all mandated government filings including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Prior experience with Quickbooks is highly desired Great at multitasking and organization Detail-oriented, especially when concerned with numbers Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Office Address One Uptown Residence, Lane S, 1634 Makati, Philippines Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
