Senior Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll on time• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledgers• Process rent payments to landlords• Process tenants' payment and deposit return• Complete tax forms• Enter data, maintain records, and lunch reports and financial statements• Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements• Work closely with the Accounting Director to ensure accounting accuracy• Maintain accounting policies and procedures and assist in producing financial reports
Requirements
• Quickbooks and Appfolio experience is required• Solid understanding of accounting principles• Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records• Good judgment and timely decision-making• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software• Proficiency in English and MS Office• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail• BS degree in Finance or Accounting
