Senior Accountant / Senior Technical Accountant

Degree in BS Accountancy is a must.Salary range: 60K to 80K grossProfessionals with 5 years or higher auditing/accounting related work experienceProfessionals/CPAs with 5 years or higher auditing/accounting related work experience Review & oversight of the following day-to-day deliverables: Overallin-charge of overseeing the work of Doers/Junior Accountantensuring adherence to standard process/es, accounting policies andguidelines for:? reconciliation of general bank accounts to payments/receipts? processing of month-end journals and intercompanytransactions? completion of month-end working papers? preparation of monthly IAS, quarterly BAS and monthly payrolltax? attend to client queries and adhoc requests, as relevant? other functions to be transitioned as per agreedtimeline/schedule Process Improvement/Projects and Change Management? Suggest refinements to standardised processes for each area ofservice offered e.g. accounts payable, bank reconciliation,month end accounts, AFSL financial compliance, budgets, etc.to ensure efficient, timely and accurate process delivery? Prepares and/or updates all necessary documentation, e.g.checklists, templates, process maps and manuals/procedures,etc. for all functions in accordance with the agreed scope ofservices? Assist with onboarding new entities to relevant systems? Provide support in conducting training and knowledge transferto new staff on systems and processes in accordance withagreed procedures, templates and workflows? Proactively engage, deliver, execute and implement variousstandardisation, centralisation and continuous improvementprojects and initiatives aligned with finance-wide key priorities?
