Candidate will assist in end-to-end payroll processing including pre and post payroll validations for US entities. Will work with cross-geo team members in a collaborative environment to ensure timely and accurate pay. This position may be a contributing member of several process improvement projects.
Pre and post payroll validations
Review, validate and reconcile
Contact/Respond to employee inquiries via Footprints Ticketing system, email within 24 hours.
Collaborate with upstream partners on projects
Handle special projects as needed
End to end testing on new processes or payroll computations
In depth review of timekeeping calculations and shift differentials Bachelor's degree graduate in any business or accounting related course. 3-5 years of progressive working experience in reporting, data reconciliation and payroll processing.
