Job Description:
The position will be responsible for Bookkeeping of transactions Generate monthly financial statements reporting Ensure compliance with all Government Requirements Core Functions A. Accounting and Bookkeeping Preparation of invoice, posting of receipts, preparation of check vouchers, costing of pay bill for disbursements General ledgers for the supporting details of each account Prepare a monthly trial balance. Prepare and submit bank and other balance sheet account reconciliation Prepare and submit financial statements B. Government Statutory Compliance Monthly/ Quarterly Preparation of Value-added tax / Percentage Taxes (any applicable) Preparation of Withholding taxes – expanded, compensation All other compliance requirements: SSS, HDMF, etc. Annual Summary of compensation alpha list BIR form 1604 CF Summary of expanded BIR form 1604 E Annual BIR Registration Fee Information for our Corp Sec to prepare SEC General Information Sheet All other compliance requirements: SSS, HDMF, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standard At least 5 years of general accounting experience Minimum1 year in a supervisory experience Ability to interact with all levels and departments within the organization Amenable to work Monday to Friday in Pasig City
