Job Description Plan and oversee the various day-to-day activities of Secondary Repackaging operations. Attend to client and other department concerns pertaining to secondary repackaging.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as Secondary Repackaging Head
Ensures all secondary repackaging orders are handled as planned
Plans activities and manpower requirement for secondary repackaging activities.
Responsible in implementing and maintaining quality standard required by principal in handling product and material while undergoing secondary repackaging.
Ensures complaince to GMP requirements
Ensures strict adherence to MDI QA, and regional quality standards.
Ensures starting materials, Secondary Repackaging lines and equipment are available
Responsible in the implementation of safety measures inside and outside secondary repackaging area for personnel safety as well as safeguard product and other company assets.
Responsible in maintaining profitability of secondary repackaging operation.
Supervises and monitor manpower performance.
Reviews accomplihed RBR for completeness and correctness of data
Regularly evaluates and review processes, introduce changes if necessary to keep-up with customer needs.
Responsible in maintaining accurate physical inventory against system inventory.
Maintenance
Responsible in maintaining facilities and equipment in good working condition. Coordinate with concerned department in case of renovation and/or repair to promote safe working environment.
Administrative
Provide timely and accurate reports and data regarding secondary repackaging operations.
Responsible in coordinating inventory related transactions and reconciliation to Supply and Inventory group.
Responsible in updating documentation regarding secondary repackaging operational procedures.
Responsible in maintaining harmonious working relationship among and between its staffs.
Responsible in monitoring and procuring various supplies and packaging materials, as such due to this function may also be addressed as Supplies Supervisor.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
BS degree holder, preferably business related course from a reputable college or university
LOCATION
Amenable to work in Manalac Avenue, Taguig City.
Office location will transfer to Sta. Rosa Laguna this year (Q4 Year 2020)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of three years experience in warehouse operations
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Must have a thorough knowledge of the warehouse operations.
Must have basic understanding of office work particularly the use of computer.
Must have a working knowledge about some basic accounting policies and procedures.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
