Help us in building the future of Philippine Education.**Instructions for Applying**- Prepare your resume in.doc or.pdf format- Fill up the form with relevant personal details- Upload your resume/curriculum vitae and cover letter in the corresponding field- Answer the qualifying questions completely- Hit the _"Submit Application" _button**Qualifications**:- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science- Master's Degree or Units in Library and Information Science is a plus but not required- Must be a PRC License holder (RL)- Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in general library work and general library operations- General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology and Game Development is a distinct advantage- Must possess strong relationship-building and communication skills- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)- Familiarity and ability to work around Google Workspace is an advantage- Amenable to work on Saturdays**Responsibilities**:Daily- Perform reference service to students, faculty, and staff- Circulate library materials for students and employees- Update in-house statistics report- Maintain orderliness in the library- Monitor use of library cubicles- Monitor and update library social media accounts and assist in inquiries- Provide scanning and screen calibration services to studentsMonthly- Generate monthly reports on the utilization of library materials and services- Process new acquisitions for circulationYearly- Perform an annual inventory of library resources- Conduct annual weeding out of outdated and irrelevant library resources- Conduct library orientation to new students and employeesOther Responsibilities- Attend weekly and monthly meetings- Assist in the selection and acquisition of books for the library- Assist in the preparation of the library's events and activities- Assist in the preparation of documents for school and program accreditation- Assist with special projects and programs organized by other departments- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of library and information science
