EXPERIENCE: 6 months – 1 Year
SALARY: 2.5 – 3 LPA
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 months of experience as SAP Recruiter. Must have Completed MBA with any Specialization. Familiarity with SAP modules, terminology, and technical skills preferred. Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Candidates from Delhi/NCR is preferred. ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES: Source and attract qualified candidates for SAP positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills for SAP roles. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific SAP positions and ensure alignment with company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Facilitate the interview process, providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders as needed. Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates. Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates. Build and maintain relationships with SAP professionals, consultants, and industry contacts to expand the talent network. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SAP recruitment. Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
