Job Summary
•Engage with our clients to understand their business needs regarding the HRIS application
•Leverage HR knowledge to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs
•Utilize technical aptitude to re-configure the specific HR cloud software solution supported by the project
•Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
•Provide significant transfer of product knowledge to customers
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Qualifications:
•2 plus years of software implementation experience
•Experience implementing SAP HR/Workforce Management software preferred
•Bachelor Degree
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Excellent communication and consulting skills
•Proven ability to configure software preferred
•Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
•Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
•Proven history of success with customer service
