Sap Fico Consultant Manager

Job Summary:
Expected to spearhead the planning, design, development. and launch business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems Operational Management Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization. Create system design proposals. oPerform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions. Responsible for delivery of end-to-end SAP functional support and enhancements to the business organization Leads the Change Assessment to review all incoming change requests and project changes for impact and risk assessment as well as release scheduling Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Accountancy or similar courses Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO  Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Delivery Lead or Project Management experience of complex enterprise projects
