Finstro is a B2B trade credit and payments company with global operations servicing customers in Australia and USA. You will report to the Head of IT and work in the Australia time zone. You will:- be very experienced and a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Consultant.- be responsible for Salesforce administration, development, implementation & end-user training.- need to work across functional areas to understand business requirements and determine solutions.- be very experienced at understanding and building Reports & Dashboards, custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.- have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, build effective relationships, and articulate complex requirements.- enjoy working in dynamic, rapid growth, technology-centric operating environment.- able to own the operational activity whilst keeping up to date with the latest improvements for Salesforce and assessing their fit in the existing platformExperience and Skills Required- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other relevant fields.- Integrated Salesforce with appropriate third-party systems, including telephony.- Excellent English is written and verbal communication and presentation skills.- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.- A bonus would be to have gained relevant experience in both Australia and the USA.- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.- Ability to travel occasionally to meet international colleagues and deal with remote teams and colleagues working in different time zones.- Excitement and energy to be part of the global expansion of a well-resourced, dynamic B2B FinTech business operating in Australia and launching in the USA.- Proficient in Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning and or Salesforce API development- Debugging and troubleshooting business process issues.- Testing and deploying Salesforce declarative deliverables**Perks and Benefits**:- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapid growing B2B FinTech company and get in at the ground level- Competitive salary package- Attractive yearly bonus scheme- Participation in Employee Share Option Plan- Opportunity for growth and advancement as we grow and build the team over time- HMO coverage on day 1
