Sales Support Representative (Ae)

Job Description:
Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of orders and reports for key customers (internal and external) to contribute to the sustained profitability and financial performance of the brands. Assist with business-critical tasks including centralized billing, sales reporting, sales team support, dispute handling, account reconciliation and specific ad hoc reporting. Provide excellent customer service to customers (internal and external) Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Industrial Engineering. Required skill(s) : logistics, analysis, critical thinking, active learning. Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables, lockups, macros and knowledge of MS Office, MS Access, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, active listening and speaking and project a professional image.
