The position will be in Pasig City, Philippines.
Job Summary
Responsible for the sales’ team marketing, communications and public relations activities, both external and internal, delivering monthly target number of leads from events, online, and campaigns on time within budget and to a consistently high quality.
Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team in conducting research and opportunities.
Doing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Generate leads for sales team.
Reporting on research findings.
Helping to create proposals and presentations.
Helping to run social media accounts.
Communicating with clients and maintaining good relations
Performs all marketing and advertising campaigns and activities
Produces sales support material to support the sales team : One-pager, Pitch Docs, Strong Case Studies, Proposal Support Templates, etc
Implementation of company’s marketing, social media, branding and communications activities
Creates marketing materials and joining in different events to expose company products and services to its target audience
Coordinates the development of the company’s website in line with brand guidelines and sales strategy requirements
Handles all third-party event attendance from conception to delivery in line with sales strategy priorities
Conduct online searches for potentials leads
Calling/telemarketing for sales team
Lead all media engagement, pro-active and re-active and provides support, training and resources
Performs all other functions necessary in the achievement of section’s goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields.
Experience in marketing.
Come highly recommended.
Excellent marketing and administrative software skills.
Excellent people skills.
Excellent in Reports such as Weekly Generated Report, Different Activity Report, Marketing Plan performance and other related projects.
