Sales Representative

-Gather new leads and prospects-Prepare quotations and negotiate to convert them into sales.-Will conduct product presentations and attend site meetings if needed.-Build and maintain good rapport with clients.-Will prepare a monthly sales report to be submitted last working day of the month.-Sample requests and schedules of application to be coordinated with the manager or any point person.-At least College Level-Must have a background in Sales Industry, especially in Construction Materials-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers-Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.-Willing to be assigned in the Ortigas area
