POSITION: SALES OFFICER II
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME (from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.)
LOCATION: 210 SPEAKER PEREZ ST. BARANGAY MAHARLIKA, QUEZON CITY
SALARY: ? 22,000.00 (with ? 2,000.00 transportation allowance & commissions)
JOB SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Sales Manager, Managing Partners, and/or Operations Manager. This role heavily relies on generating quotations to offer products and/or services to government agencies using the government platform.

The continuous growth of Deus Enterprises Co. will be scaled up to other areas around the country, providing more effortless and convenient supplies and deliveries to all procuring entities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Overseeing the performance of the sales team.
? Reporting assessments of sales generated.
? Finding government quotations amounting to a set budget.
? Sourcing different products either locally (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) or internationally (Alibaba, Amazon).
? Quoting products at an average amount of profit margin.
? Reviewing government contracts and specifications of procurements.
? Tracking quotations, purchase orders, and awards.
? Replying to and checking procurement emails.
? Communicating with team members and the head of sales.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must have a college degree.
? Must have a conversational ability to speak both English and Tagalog languages.
? Must know how to use Google and Adobe applications.
? Must know about composing emails.
? Must know about ordering/purchasing products on online platforms.
ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES:
? Preferably have experience in PhilGEPS but not required.
? Preferably have experience in government bidding but not required.
? Preferably have worked in Bids and Awards Committee or Procurement but not required.
