Monitor & update weekly analytics Create and update weekly presentations using existing templates Collect and report sales accountability and provide accurate and concise reporting Monitor certain aspects of the sales pipeline & surface it to relevant team members Update Notion pages Ad-Hoc Project Work Build prospecting lists for sales & marketing teams Create and update emails in Hubspot & Mixmax Create Hubspot workflows for email outreach Create & update marketing collateral using existing templates & provide copy. MUST-HAVE:
3+ years experience in Hubspot marketing 2+ years experience in Salesforce (majority of workload) Experience with a PM tool Notion or similar Great communication skills Familiarity with Slack, and Google Suite, and Google Sheets Basic Excel/Sheets experience Ability to work EST NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with Notion, Gravity Forms, Typeform, Appcues WordPress experience GROW INTO:
