Job description- Develop business proposals for existing and new customers- Securing the completeness of necessary requirements needed prior to pouring schedule.- Coordinates the preparation with the Dispatching and Equipment departments the details of the project.- Monitoring of Project sites status and concerns- Inspecting of jobsites and preparing reports prior to pouring schedule.- Monitors of the end to end, accuracy and quality of service per project.**Customer Service**- Provides support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible- Demonstrates a true passion to customer service by proactively seeking ways to delight the client and going above and beyond.- Maintains consistent excellent service to existing clients ensuring to be their first priority supplier for their needs and requirements- Maintains the good relationship and contact with clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
