Sales & Marketing Officer (Batching Plant)

Job description- Develop business proposals for existing and new customers- Securing the completeness of necessary requirements needed prior to pouring schedule.- Coordinates the preparation with the Dispatching and Equipment departments the details of the project.- Monitoring of Project sites status and concerns- Inspecting of jobsites and preparing reports prior to pouring schedule.- Monitors of the end to end, accuracy and quality of service per project.**Customer Service**- Provides support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible- Demonstrates a true passion to customer service by proactively seeking ways to delight the client and going above and beyond.- Maintains consistent excellent service to existing clients ensuring to be their first priority supplier for their needs and requirements- Maintains the good relationship and contact with clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.**Acquisition Of Customers**- Serves as a point person in customer inquiries in various communication medium- Sources prospective clients and identifies and develops new business through networking and courtesy follow up.- Inquires on customer/client's need and find a way to serve it and build rapport.- Ensures quality of customer service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of the Company's products- Prepares and delivers customer presentations and demonstration of the product articulately and confidently- Coordinates the needs of client and make quotations if needed.- Processes all the documents and delivery procedures of products to client**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- FlextimeSchedule:- Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
