Sales & Marketing Head

Job Description:
Duties And Responsibilities Expand sales with existing accounts Responsible in achieving market share target in area assigned Identify potential market and coordinate with business unit head for the channels they planned to saturate Responsible for environment and competitor analysis, product line-up and introduction, promotion, planning and implementation of marketing programs Responsible for building, maintaining and retaining corporate relationship with business entities which may improve in the profitability to his company Develop plans to target new costumers Implement sales strategies to increase volume of business Receives and resolves customer complaints and problem in a timely manner Assist marketing and sales team in collectig payments from customers Supervise all sales & marketing activities of account managers in his area Coordinates directly with head office for sales strategies and promotions Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

With a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience and good track record in sales Preferably from the advertising field or out home industry Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Willing to be assigned in San Juan
