What we are looking for: The Department Manager for Sales is a key player who is a part of the APD Promotions’ Executive Team. S/he reports directly to the Country Manager for daily operations and is in charge of reporting to the Managing Director for strategic matters. S/he is tasked to perform the following activities, among others:


Plan, implement and monitor effective sales growth strategies and tactics through successful management of the sales team Manage recruiting, setting of objectives, performance reviews, and coaching to the sales team on a regular basis to consistently hit sales targets Monitor, analyze, and continually develop sales performance metrics, and the general Sales operational structure to efficiently carry out company objectives, down to the day-to-day deliverables Properly align with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all plans are being executed according to the company’s direction Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant Work Experience: B2B account management (sales) in consumer product-related industries, with at least 2-5 years of management experience. Experience in working with and managing multinational clients is preferred.


Required Skills: Strong leadership skills with a high sense of accountability and ownership Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with good account management and customer service experience Outstanding organizational and priority-setting skills; with the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of effective price-setting and cost budgeting. Understanding of basic manufacturing and logistical concepts. Knowledge in different print methods on merchandise is a plus. Proficiency in the English language. Both verbal and written. Excellent communication and presentation skills Education and Training: A college degree and/or substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely-related areas:
