Job Description of Enterprise and Government Sales Manager As an Enterprise and Government Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and leading the E&G Sales Team and developing strategic relationships with enterprise clients and government agencies. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments. This role also requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team. 
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets Lead, manage, and coach the sales team Establish sales objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.  Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.  Manage the process of bidding for government contracts and projects.  Research bidding opportunities, assess eligibility criteria, and develop bid strategies to maximize success.  Liaise with government agencies, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare bid documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and procurement guidelines.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Educational Attainment and Experience: Preferably bachelor's degree in business management or any related course. BS Electronics & Communications Engineering is an advantage.  Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.  Familiarity with R.A. 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act and PhilGEPS.  Technical Skills: Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices in the ICT industry.  Proficient in MS Office.  Proficiency in using sales productivity tools.  Familiarity with government bidding platforms and procurement systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, analyze data, and make informed decisions.  Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.  Work set-up:  On-site (Monday-Friday)  Remote (Saturday)  Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a sales manager?
