Job Description:
This position is responsible for the attainment of the PD sales and collection objectives by providing sales strategies and directions and establishing productive relations management with principals and customers to achieve planned performance and sales targets while providing quality customer service.


Duties and Responsibilities Business Management Ensures compliance of field force coverage based on agreed territorial targeted accounts Conducts field visits and work contact with the District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to have an overview of the operations and a better understanding of the local market conditions Establishes and monitors Sales Division KPIs as well as company driven KPIs Equips the sales force with necessary selling tools. Ensures that the field force attains Sales Division KPIs. Ensure effective two-way communication with the sales force Coordinate and brief DSMs with the objectives of the organization through sales meetings and seminars. Closely follow up instructions given to the sales force. Evaluate reports and take the necessary steps to further improve the field force performance. Collaborates with the Distribution Division the prices and price changes; deals, new products and new procedures involving the sales force operations. Collaborates with the VP / AVP / Sales Director and/or Group Sales Manager in the formulation of policies and procedures affecting the sales organization such as: Select and decide the right people to be promoted as endorsed by the Promotions Board Decide on corrective measures or disciplinary action to be taken against erring subordinates Decide on assignments/ transfers of DSMs and Sales Representatives Decide on the territorial configuration of the field force Decide what mode of action to be taken on problematic accounts despite efforts exerted by the field force Decide on action to undertake to supplement and bring about good sales and collection performance of the sales force Monitors monthly expense reports of the DSMs and sales force for better management and control of expenses Prepares annual financial budget for the PD Business Service Relationship Prepares and discusses PD plans to principals Conducts coordination meetings and business reviews with the Principals on a regular basis Synergizes with principals and customers to build and strengthen customer relationship and business growth People and Performance Management Develops and enhances the skills and capabilities of the sales force Facilitates proper training of salesman that would enhance and develop selling skills, management of accounts, and product knowledge Continuously develop the capabilities of the sales force through regular performance discussions and coaching Provides support and guidance in the achievement of set targets and objectives Assesses and recruits qualified candidates for sales positions Enforces company rules and regulations and takes corrective actions to discipline employees Authority Area Authorized Forms:
