Details of the offer

**TASKS, FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage the performance of the entire take over team- Conduct meeting with the outgoing property management/manager- Check the corporation documents and government records availability- Monitor and supervise the progress of takeover activities of the team- Conduct coordination meeting with the team to ensure the compliance- Review the accuracy of the reports submitted by the team- Consolidate the reports for administrative, finance and engineering which should include finding and recommendations- Conduct Action Planning with the permanent property management team based on the recommendations- Present the Transition Report to the client- Facilitates meeting with the AM and OM for the finalization of the consolidated report- Coach and mentor the permanent deployment in the property- Establish the company SOP's and hand over to the permanent team as operational- All ISO procedures**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS****A. EDUCATION**- A graduate of a 4-year course preferably Building Technology Management, Business Administration and/or other related courses**B. WORK EXPERIENCE**- Must have above 4-year related work experience preferably in the same industry**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php60,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay
