6. Handle on-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce.com.
7. Maintain and modify workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment as directed
8. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed
9. Provide support functions as needed.
10. Provide sales and financial data to company executives as neededMaintain System Integrity:
1. Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel changes
2. Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses, User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction:
3. Provide one to one training to end users on an on-going basis.
4. Help expand use and adoption of Salesforce – attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how Salesforce can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing other systems
5. Use processes in Salesforce to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
6. Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
7. Be a company SME on SalesforceProcess Creation, Documentation and Maintenance:
Document company processes and workflows
Develop process documentation and field mapsData Quality, Governance, Migration and Maintenance:
Assist with migration/mapping from other systems/processes into Salesforce
Monitor neglected Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts as appropriate.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC
Manage duplicate records
Monitor and make recommendations to improve data quality
Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
Identify unnecessary fields and data; ensure screens, fields and workflow
have accurate names and reflect current workflow.Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance:
Create and maintain dashboards
Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
Build and manage report folders for reps or other user groups to improve data integrity and efficiency

A system administrator needs a solid understanding of the organization’s business. They must have solid Salesforce skills and ideally, understand the advanced concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most importantly they should be proactive, organized, logical and willing to pursue additional Salesforce credentialing and certification.QUALIFICATIONS:2 to 4years of Salesforce administration experience similar to the job duties listed in this job descriptionIn-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SalesforceStrong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce reporting functionalityDetail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, as well as part of a team as well as manage multiple request with competing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills, data and software applicationsGreat communication skills with enthusiastic personalityComputer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and OutlookMinimum expectation of a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience
No mandatory but preference for candidates who have:Individuals who experience with use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems as well as developing custom Salesforce objects and workflows.Experience with integrated systems Marketo, Apptus and Domo. Experience with analytics, CPQ, CLM (contract lifecycle mgmt), opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and deal governanceProven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis toolSalesforce Administrator certification is a plus
