As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent the account and interact with clients by doing sales and lead generation.
Your day could see you:
• Cold calling from a raw database
• Refer prospective qualified leads to Charti’s Business Development Managers
• Update CRM
• Responding to customers on the Online Chat
• Processing orders
• Follow up phone call to customers regarding EDM’s
• Building relationship with existing customers
• Responding to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner
• Be able to solve customer problems / concerns
