Promote/sell product and service of company to current and prospective customers ? Creates customers master list, profiles and schedules necessary for territorial efficiency? Create and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals ? Create and submit territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis ? Survey new opportunities/customers for company products and services ? Promotes and maintain a professional relationship with customers (external and internal) ? Handles all customer complaints and concerns promptly? Monitors timely placement and delivery of sales orders ? Ensures prompt collection of payment ? Implement company marketing plans and strategies ? Fulfill other duties as directed by Immediate SuperiorJob Qualifications: ? Candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering. ? Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales and marketing in the same industry orconstruction. ? Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales ? Required skill(s): negotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated andpassionate in achieving monthly sales quota ?
