Job Description:
Responsible for meeting targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting; Staffs, leads and motivates a sales team where each one contributes in his best possible way towards the goals and objectives of the organization; Looks forward to generating new opportunites for the organization; Responsible for brand promotion; Responsilble for maintaining and improving relationships with partners/clients; Excellent problem-solving skills; Perform Sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Management or Conducts presentations or corporate sales initiative to prospective Client Partners; Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staff; Review progress of sales roles throughout the company; Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams; Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products; Provides quarterly result assessments of sales staff's productivity; Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results; Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures; Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers; Collaborates with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines; Interprets short and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit; Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales emerging products and multi-products sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts; Collaborates with management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses; Minimum Qualifications:
With 1-2 years experience in Sales; Preferably, Female To be assigned to one our Clients; Financial Institution Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Knowledge in IT or IT graduate Required Skills Salesforce Sales and Marketing Knowledge Closing Sales Telesales
