A hyperscale Data Center Service Provider headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director based in the Philippines to oversee Strategic Partnership. He/ She would be responsible for the company's country assigned sales functionality. The sales director would also be responsible for establishing ISP and IX providers into the DC and follow with end customer for colo space.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Seek out major clients and form working relationships with the premier buyers and providers within the data center industry in the Philippines.- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels in the Philippines with both service providers and end users.- Coordinate with respective internal teams to effectively communicate and project manage the roll out.- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and partnerships.- Establish budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets, adapting to constant shifts in the marketplace and the space available to sell within the company's data centers portfolio.- Collaborates with EVPSP and Senior Leadership Team to develop a concise plan to accomplish the retention and acquisition of clients. Meets business growth objectives consistently.- Analyses financial performance indicators and related industry activity. Responsible for expanding client relationships/key markets to target as business growth opportunities. Sets priorities.- Communicate selling prices in conjunction with the EVPSP by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.- Maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors pricing models.- Work closely with local and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Good knowledge in Data Center services industry and ISP/Telco Provider.- Successful previous experience as a Sales Director, with proven track record.- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.- Polished and professional presentation skills.- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.- Strong business sense and good network in industry expertise especially in BFSI, Manufacturing and e-commerce.- Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a salesperson's perspective.- Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
