Job Description
Pronto Marketing is looking for a consultative and tenacious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Manila. Help us make our customers more successful by matching them with Pronto’s web and digital marketing services.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. You are the right candidate if you are self-motivated, can work well under pressure, think out-of-the-box, and can easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects.
Pronto’s customers are primarily in North America so this position is expected to work during US business hours, which will be nights in Manila from 11 pm to 8 am.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls
- Calling inbound website leads
- Engaging in live chat with visitors to Prontomarketing.com
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments
- Researching accounts and creating prospecting lists
- Emailing and cold-calling prospects
Qualifications
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have native or native-level English writing and speaking skills. An American accent is a plus, but not required.
- You have marketing or website experience, experience selling sales, marketing, or software solutions.
- You are a strong and professional communicator - written, verbal, and presentation
- You have proven business development experience using sales, automation, and CRM tools
- You are obsessed with achieving goals and thrive in a team environment by helping others and asking for help when you need it
- You are comfortable collaborating with a distributed sales team (our HQ is in Bangkok)
- You can quickly identify customer pain points, requirements, and business goals
- You naturally manage numerous requests while staying focused on meeting your sales goals
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
Compensation for this role will be a base salary plus monthly commissions based on your contribution to the team’s revenue goal. Your base salary will be defined by your qualifications and job experience. This role has a big potential for growth as our Manila team and office expands.
