Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): strong proficiency in microsoft, strong communication skills, excellent customer service

Job Responsibilities
Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
Performs store visits and coordinate with merchandisers and/or brand ambassadors to ensure Sales Targets are met
Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns
Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them
Liaise with buyers for the marketing and promotional schedules
