Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent With above average negotiation and persuasion skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Assist in generating sales leads with excellent oral and written communication skills Flexible, analytical and willing to extend working hours Proficient in computer applications
