Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Document, process and tracking sales leads and data.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team, sales team's daily customer activity record and managing customer data accounts.
Coordinating the sales team by managing daily schedules, filing important documents, prepare reports and communicating relevant information.
Preparing and coordinating quotations with sales team.
Providing customer service, answer phone calls from customers, initially screen and address issues to proper channels. Provide after-sales support when needed.
Manage product marketing by developing and implementing marketing collaterals, product presentation materials, social media accounts and advertising campaigns. Maintain promotional materials inventory, plan and coordinate customer product presentation, events and trade shows, maintain customer database, and prepare report.
Manage other tasks that may assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
College graduate
Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in any of the following: sales, marketing, data analysis and financial forecasting
Demonstrate deep presentation skills, team coordination, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint Presentation and Excel.
Must be self-motivated, committed and ability to maintain customers' confidentiality.
Has a high level of leadership skills and result oriented.
Can start ASAP.

Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Office Address:
424 - D Riverside Avenue California Avenue Novaliches Quezon City.
