Sales Consultant

Job Description:
Prospecting, appointment getting, preparation, presentation, closing, objection and handling negotiation. Makes the appropriate number of calls on prospects vs. customers. Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts. Prepares written and verbal proposals and computations. Assists all buyers in any after sales concerns. Keep informed and knowledgeable on industry updates, competitive issues and current marketing status. Attend and participate in sales marketings, products seminars and training sessions. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; With pleasing personality; Willing to work on holidays and weekends; Willing to work in Pasig, San Juan, and QC; Experience in Real Estate is a plus; Highly Motivated; Has good networks and clientele is a plus; Knows how to do digital marketing; Knows how to speak Mandarin and Fukien is a plus;
