Job Description:
SELL MERCHANDISE: Convince customers to purchase items by creating good shopping experiences (service, product, ambience) SELL TO CUSTOMERS Smile, greet customers & encourage them to buy items by presenting features & benefits & offering latest promotions DISPLAY ITEMS Display complete assortment of items in the selling area based on official guidelines & put away items handled by customers CHECK ITEMS FOR DEFECTS Inspect items for damage, wrong/lost price tags or stock-outs during off-peak hours; alert stock clerk for pull-out or replenishment ASSIST CUSTOMERS Answer customer questions or complaints & assist before or after a sale; give shopping carts or escort to counters CLEAN THE SELLING AREA Clean the assigned selling pads during off-peak hours including the items on display & fixtures Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store Puerto Princesa Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
