Job Description: We are currently looking for a results-driven Sales Associate with a proven sales quota to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve sales targets. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. W ill primarily be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties and work closely with the Property Manager and other team members to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and profitable. The successful candidate will be a reliable and professional individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, flexible and willing to take on various roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing rental properties, including advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and collecting rent payments. Process lease agreements and renewals, and ensure that all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date. Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts, expenses, receipts and other financial data. Work with the Property Manager and other team members to develop and implement policies and procedures for managing rental properties effectively. Provide excellent customer service to tenants, property owners, and vendors. Identify, develop and maintain new and existing client relationships Prepare and present property management proposals to prospective clients Prepare lease agreements, rental applications and other documents related to property management Work collaboratively with other departments Identify opportunities for growth and provide input on improving sales processes and strategies Qualifications: College degree 2+ years in property management preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to proactively solve problems Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Experienced AppFolio user is a PLUS!#J-18808-Ljbffr
