Sales Associate

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Executes various strategies to achieve sales target. 2. Demonstrates product functions and specifcations and provides information on the latest pricing, availability and use of other products carried by the Branch. 3. Provides customer experience by resolving customer inquiries, issues, complaints and requests. 4. Provides onsite support for software problem request. 5. Presents store guidelines and policies concerning warranty and past sales transactions. 6. Develops deep understanding of MAC OS and IOS and with the upgrading requirements of products. 7. Identifes frequent issues into documented or scripted processes. 8. Works in conjunction with development towards resolution of escalated issues. 9. Attends to phone inquiries and furnishes product quotation when needed. 10. Ensures implementation of rules and regulations set by the Branch and of the Company. 11. Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times. 12. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
